Credit Terms Policy

Please note that the following policy will take effect on January 1st, 2024.  This policy will apply to all accounts with credit terms.

NET30 Term Customers - Receive a 2% discount on invoices paid early.  

​

To qualify, simply be sure your payment is received or postmarked no later than 15 days after the date of your invoice. A credit memo will be placed in your account for the discounted amount or applied to any upcoming invoices.

 

We hope you take advantage of this offer by sending in your payment as soon as possible.

 

NET30 Term Customers - Past Due Accounts 

Accounts that reach 15 days past due: 

  • May automatically have services and pending shipments interrupted or delayed.  

  • Be assessed a 1% late fee for the amount past due.  

  • Will be subjected to credit review and may have NET30 Terms revoked and/or credit limits decreased.

 

A Choice Wireless representatives shall make best efforts to send reminders via email for accounts past due, but this cannot be guaranteed.  Customer shall be responsible for keeping account current and to resolve any past due amounts regardless of reminders.
